In my practice as a psychologist, I integrate various therapeutic approaches to foster insight and personal growth.

  • Using Mindfulness, I help individuals develop present-moment awareness and emotional regulation. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) allows clients to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, promoting healthier behaviors and perspectives.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) encourages psychological flexibility by helping individuals accept their emotions while committing to values-based actions.

  • Schema Therapy delves into deep-rooted patterns and early life experiences, facilitating healing and transformation.

Amanda Drew is a registered psychologist, musician and practicing artist.

Amanda works with people across the lifespan. Her professional training, lived experience, non-judgmental listening, openness gives her the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Amanda is a registered Psychologist with 15 years experience.
She has expertise in individual, couples and Family Therapy.

Amanda’s experience and love of the creative arts provides her with a unique perspective and collaborative approach to her working with others.
